With regards to the Elasticine website, we collect information that you give us via our meeting scheduling app (which may include your full name, email, phone number and company name) and automatically gathered technical information including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform; information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.
This data is collected to inform our analysis of website performance only (i.e. troubleshooting, testing, research, statistical analysis, site safety & security), and is not used in any other aspect of our business.
This data is collected within our analytics and monitoring services, anonymised as far as possible, and deleted within 18 months of collection.
With regards to the Elasticine platform, we collect data from several sources:
The Elasticine platform acts as a data processor for information provided by our clients and other third parties during the implementation of performance contracts. Such information does not require active consent, but we have implemented strict data retention policies such that all data no longer in use by our clients is removed from our database. You can request a copy of all data held on our system by our clients by emailing email@example.com. You can request deletion of all personally identifying information held on you by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, providing it is not currently used in the execution of a signed contract.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to do so to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Elasticine Limited, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. We will inform you if we need to disclose your personal data for such purpose.
All information provided to use is stored within the European Economic Area. We implement industry best practices regarding encryption of data to and from our servers and protection against malicious behaviour.
Data is kept in our database for at least the period of time required for execution of the performance contract to which it relates. Clients of Elasticine may also retain personally identifying information on our systems as part of their business functions, including (but not limited to) strategic analysis, business intelligence activities, accounting and reporting, regulatory requirements, and marketing activities.
Once data is no longer required for processing by our clients, we remove it from our database -- usually within 2 days.
